All reservations must be made through the online booking system.

Please arrive no more than five minutes before your scheduled appointment, and knock at the front door — the studio operates from a private residence.

Please refer to the website for accurate and up-to-date pricing. You will be charged the price shown on the website at the time of booking.

A minimum of three hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations or changes made within three hours of the appointment time will incur the full service fee.

Comments, questions or requests of a sexual nature will not be tolerated.

Any breach of this will result in the immediate termination of the appointment, full payment for the booked session, and may be referred to the relevant authorities.

The massage table has a 110kg weight limit. Clients exceeding this limit cannot be accommodated.

Please ensure you have showered before your appointment. Clients arriving with sand on their body cannot receive a massage.
